Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Billing Support Specialist to
assist clients and therapists in navigating their billing and
insurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by clients and therapists
via phone
Assist and educate customers on the platform, ensuring a high level
of customer service
Identify root causes of problems and collaborate with product teams
for platform improvements
Required Qualifications
One year of experience with insurance across multiple commercial
and government payers
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, including ICD-10/CPT
codes, preferably in mental health
Experience with Claim MD or Availity for verifying benefits and
reading EOBs
Experience working within various payer portals
At least one year of successful customer-facing professional
experience is a plus
