Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Design Manager with 3-5 years
of experience in a fast-paced software environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create design explorations using the design system to develop
user-friendly interfaces
Collaborate with designers and leadership to craft smooth,
end-to-end user journeys
Participate in research activities, including user interviews and
usability testing
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience designing and shipping software
products
Familiarity with design systems and user-centered design
principles
Experience leading design teams
Passion for crafting user journeys and solving user experience
challenges
A portfolio demonstrating experience in software design and UI
patterns
