  • $20k for Nights ONLY
  • $10k For Days ONLY Shift Details: Days (Rotating Weekends): 7a-7p Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7p-7a What will you will do in this role: - Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality - Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis - Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement Job Requirements: - 2 years of recent (within the last year or two) acute Med-Surg experience required - Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required - Current BLS required - Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire - BSN is preferred TB_HCTalent Burst Job ID #24-11227.
