• Case Management: Assist attorneys in managing case files, organizing evidence, and preparing documents for trial.
• Document Preparation: Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, and motions with precision.
• Client & Witness Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather relevant information and ensure smooth case progression.
• Administrative Support: Handle case-related data entry, manage files, and assist with other administrative tasks to keep our litigation practice organized.

  This is a performance-based position with an opportunity to receive bonuses*Compensation:$60,000 - $72,000 annually DOE & with bonusesResponsibilities:
  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and other correspondence under attorney supervision.
  • Assist in the organization and management of case files, including maintaining electronic filing systems and tracking deadlines.
  • Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to schedule meetings, depositions, and trial dates.
  • Provide administrative support, such as calendar management, billing preparation, and client communication.Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of experience working as a paralegal in a litigation setting is preferred.
    • Proficiency in civil procedure and in drafting legal documents.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Familiarity with personal injury law and US work authorization.About Company
