Description:Real Estate Associate Attorney Henderson Franklin, a full-service law firm in beautiful Southwest Florida, is seeking an experienced Real Estate associate to join our practice group in our Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, or Naples offices. Candidates must have at least three years' real estate experience, which should include any of the following: negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases; title and survey review and analysis; negotiations and preparation of commercial loan documents; and community association law and general representation. Candidates must be well organized, efficient, possess a strong work ethic and be comfortable working both as part of a team and independently. Candidates must be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
