Key Responsibilities
Collaborate to create and deliver account plans for assigned
customers
Build relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer
experience and address concerns
Conduct periodic business reviews to drive product adoption and
communicate ROI
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in customer-facing roles within the Supply
Chain industry
Experience with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical
customers
Clear executive presence
Passion for the Supply Chain Industry
Experience working with cross-functional teams
