Job Description:
A company is looking for a Charge Capture Specialist for OR and
ENDO who will work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Review patient records and assign appropriate billing codes
Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical
documentation
Collaborate with other staff to maintain consistency in coding
practices
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
Two or more years of related work experience in a clinical or
medical office setting
Knowledge of medical terminology and regulatory agency requirements
for coding
Experience with common office software and electronic medical
records systems
Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) coding experience
preferred
