Project Manager/Business Analyst

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both project management principles and business analysis methodologies]
Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions.
Experience documenting technical and business requirement specifications.
Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
Understand business change needs, assessing the business impact of those changes, capturing, analyzing, and documenting requirements and supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders.
Extensive experience in defining "as is and "to be business processes, creating UML diagrams, Data Flows, Workflows, documenting business needs, producing use cases and/or agile stories and other project documentation.
Create Visio process maps, requirements traceability matrices, use cases and other business analysis documentation appropriate to the specifically assigned project needs.
Manage scope, issues, risks, and critical path activities thru partnership with technology/business teams.
Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
Ensure all project documentation, including RFQ responses, and project plans, is complete, accurate, and up to date.
Analyze and review RFQs to identify business requirements and scope.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop detailed responses, including pricing, technical specifications, and timelines.
Experience working in Tolling/ITS Transportation domain (Good to have)
PMP Certification (Preferred)
This role may require occasional travel, depending on project needs.


Education


Bachelor s Degree in: Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
