This is a highly responsible position that will serve as team lead, manage the process operational plan, and coordinate projects and activities. Duties also include providing independent and complex consultative functions and recommending methods of implementing changes and improving the process.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program.
• Two years of experience analyzing performance measures, process functions, or operational plans.
• Two years of experience monitoring data and workflows and making recommendations for process improvements.
• Two years of experience leading teams, coordinating projects with deadlines.
• One year of experience providing guidance and direction on procedures.PREFERENCES:
  • One year of experience in Payment Processing and Fund Distribution in the last 5 years.
  • Two years of monitoring/managing system requests in ECC.
  • One year of experience writing proposals for process changes.
  • Two years of experience communicating through a variety of methods for diverse audiences.
  • One year of Project management experience or project management certification.SPECIAL NOTES:
